Here's One For You...

This is a phrase that I am well known for using at the start of a conversation. Must be the cockney in me.

 

I'll be amazed if anyone actually reads this page (other than friends & family) but basically I worked in the corporate world for more years than I care to reveal. I very fortunately sold my company in London, moved to Cirencester in the Cotswolds (walking cliche) and am now enjoying my new found love of finding, restoring and selling mid century furniture.

The furniture from that era is so beautifully and solidly made, and you can pick up a beautiful piece for your home, at a fraction of the cost of something new. 

In these times of frugality, with our desire to live more sustainably; buying pre-loved, seems like a 'no-brainer'.

I only buy and refurbish pieces I love and put many hours into each piece of furniture before I allow it to be worthy of a sale.
